About Our Church

About Us

The International Bible Baptist Church is an independent, multi-ethnic Church with the sole purpose of fulfilling the mandate of the Lord Jesus Christ in reaching the total man and all men with the blessed gospel as stated in Matthew 28:19-20 and Luke 4:18.

Matthew 28:19-20 – “Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen”.

Luke 4:18 – “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised”.

IBBC considers Matthew 28:19-20 as the qualifying mandate to allow every believer who is saved, taught, and trained to serve Christ in the Local Church. Fulfilling this qualifying mandate allows the believer to fulfill the Messianic works of the Lord found in Luke 4:18.

IBBC is non-denominational in its conviction. Being a Baptist does not mean we belong to any Baptist denomination or religion. The use of the term “Baptist” in our name is functional in nature to send a message that our desire is to bring every child of God to obey Christ in Scriptural water baptism to fulfill the works and the greater works of the Master through the local New Testament Church.

IBBC is not a membership organization but an organism to serve and truly portray the Church as the body of Christ, in which every member is functioning within the body in order to submit and obey the head, the Lord Jesus Christ.

IBBC has the desire to turn every soul into Christ like: to think like Christ, love like Christ, and live like Christ.

IBBC believes that Soul-winning is Soul-building. We aim not only to share the
eternal place we call heaven, but also to enjoy the relationship and the fellowship with God now and forever.
